The Brett Crawford trained filly was returning from a spell in the non-Black Type Pinnacle Stakes at Kenilworth and scored a trouble free half length win as favourite.

The daughter of Foxwedge has won six of seven starts, her lone defeat a fourth placing in the Group I Cape Flying Championship back in January.

She was a $420,000 Inglis Easter purchase for Craig Roscoe and Brett Crawford from the Mill Park draft making her the most expensive yearling by her sire sold at that sale.

Already a Group II winner, Run Fox Run is a half-sister to stakes-winner Guard of Honour and is the best of four winners from General Nediym mare Victory Cry, a full sister to stakes-winner Victory Chant and half-sister to stakes-winner Reldas from the family of Group I winner Serious Speed.

Mill Park will offer two close relations to Run Fox Run at Inglis Easter Round 2, a half-brother by Astern as Lot 53 and a three-quarter sister by Foxwedge from Champagne Jane as Lot 72.
