New Stud Manager for Twin Hills

Andrew Perryman is to join Twin Hills Stud at Cootamundra in the role of Stud Manager. He will be replacing Steve Brien who is retiring at the end of July after a lifetime dedicated to the thoroughbred industry and 33 years at Twin Hills.

Andrew Perryman has held senior roles with Woodlands Stud, Darley, Goldin Farms and has most recently held the role of Bloodstock and Breeding Manager at Kia Ora Stud, Scone.

Andrew Perryman will be joining Twin Hills as Stud Manager

He was previously the Stud Manager of Twin Hills when it was Woodlands Cootamundra. Andrew will be returning to Cootamundra with his wife Jodi and their two children and will commence his role with Twin Hills at the beginning of July.

“We are thrilled that Andrew will be joining us at Twin Hills as our Stud Manager,” said Oliver Tait.

“I know Andrew well and I am excited that the leadership and horsemanship skills he has developed internationally and at some of Australia’s best thoroughbred farms will be at the centre of our ongoing development. We are really looking forward to welcoming Andrew, Jodi and their children to Twin Hills.

“It is difficult to express how grateful we are to Steve Brien for all he has done in his time at Twin Hills. He is a terrific fellow. Hopefully we can continue to draw on his experience, abilities and enthusiasm but Steve certainly deserves a long and happy retirement.”
