Race 1 summary - GOT NOTHING is a consistent gelding. He has placed in six from ten starts. He strips fitter for his first up run and out to the 950m suits. MISTER SNITZEL has had a few chances. He was runner up at the Sunshine Coast last start, that reads well for a race like this. AKEELAH wasn't far away at Gilgandra when resuming. She will have come on from that run and gets the blinkers for the first time. Keep GROVE STREET safe on debut, he looks the better of the first starters.

Race 2 summary - MAGIC RAY the one to beat. The opposition looks very weak. DOT COM DOT AY YOU showed improvement at Taree last start. Can get into the placing's with further improvement here. INAFERNANIKA next best ahead of NOVEMBER TWO.
Race 2 tips - 1st: MAGIC RAY (13), 2nd: DOT COM DOT AY YOU (1), 3rd: INAFERNANIKA (7), 4th: NOVEMBER TWO (8).

Race 3 summary - HARD ROMP looks well placed here. He resumes for a new stable. He has decent metropolitan form and looks ready to go after winning a recent trial. ASPIRING looks the danger. She has been runner up at Coffs Harbour and Taree in her past two starts. DESERT MARSHALL was dominant winning here two back before only battling at Canterbury last start. Better suited back here. TIN'S POCKET is racing well. He had excuses at Doomben before placing at Kilcoy last start. Gets in light after the claim.
Race 3 tips - 1st: HARD ROMP (1), 2nd: ASPIRING (2), 3rd: DESERT MARSHAL (3), 4th: TIN'S POCKET (5).

Race 4 summary - WHISKEY THROTTLE was impressive winning at Scone on debut before failing at Gosford when stepped up to this distance last start. Blinkers go on and this is much easier. MR MILE was runner up at Wyong when big odds last start. A repeat puts him in the mix here. UNIQUE SHADOW has been runner up in here past three starts. She gets her chance here from the rails draw. MR METICULOUS was placed at Kilcoy last start rounds out the chances.
Race 4 tips - 1st: WHISKEY THROTTLE (1), 2nd: MR MILE (12), 3rd: UNIQUE SHADOW (4), 4th: MR METICULOUS (3).

Race 5 summary - HAYDEN BOY was strong winning at Muswellbrook last start. He can go on with the job now. FIVE SPICES has placed two from three this preparation. He gets his chance from the rails draw. COMMAN PEOPLE can improve here. Gets a senior jockey and will appreciate stepping up in distance. TATTINGER is a slight risk at the trip but will give a sight.
Race 5 tips - 1st: HAYDEN BOY (1), 2nd: FIVE SPICES (8), 3rd: COMMON PEOPLE (11), 4th: TATTINGER (13).

Race 6 summary - RUBYMAY won at Quirindi over this distance last start. Rises 2kg on that win but this looks no harder. MR BOXVALE is flying. He is a winner four of his past five starts, the latest at Toowoomba. Just needs luck from the draw. BLINKIN FAST made up good ground after a slow start at Quirindi when resuming. Strips fitter and the extra trips suits. MELLORE the other main chance.
Race 6 tips - 1st: RUBYMAY (4), 2nd: MR BOXVALE (3), 3rd: BLINKIN FAST (6), 4th: MELLORE (7).

Race 7 summary - DUTY DUDE is the class runner. She resumes here without a trial. Last preparation he was competitive in city/provincial grade. The one to beat despite the big weight. ALAKAI has race fitness on her side. She peaked on her run at Tamworth when resuming before placing at Scone last start. She excels at this distance range. DUBLE MEANING is racing consistently, placing at Ipswich in his past two starts. Right in this from the rails draw. Expecting SUCKER to bounce back after having no luck at Taree last start. He was racing well prior.
Race 7 tips - 1st: DUTY DUDE (1), 2nd: ALAKAI (6), 3rd: DUBLE MEANING (9), 4th: SUCKER (10).

Race 8 summary - BELFLYER was runner up in the Casino Cup before impressing when winning at Grafton last start. Drops 5.5kg on that win, hard to hold out. NARANJA comes here after winning two of his past three starts. He just has to overcome the wide draw. MISHANI STEALTH beat PRESENT SENSE home in the Gunnedah Cup last start. Drawn wide here but a repeat puts him in the finish. MAYBE EVEN YOU for the wider exotics.
Race 8 tips - 1st: BELFLYER (4), 2nd: NARANJA (3), 3rd: MISHANI STEALTH (6), 4th: MAYBE EVEN YOU (10).
