Racenet tip sheet - Mudgee, Sunday September 03

Breednet - Sunday September 3

This is the Racenet preview and tip sheet for Sunday’s meeting at Mudgee.

The track is rated a good (3) and the rail is in the true position.

Racenet’s summaries and tips for the meeting are.

Race 1 summary - Liked the look of VALREE in her recent trial and she showed enough on debut to suggest she can get away with this. FOXDOWN has the advantage of a run back from spell and that could be crucial. Include RAISE A DROP third-up from spell. ALVIN PURPLE prominent in early betting.
Race 1 tips - 1st: VALREE (5), 2nd: FOXDOWN (2), 3rd: RAISE A DROP (10), 4th: ALVIN PURPLE (1).

Race 2 summary - Tough little race to assess. Might have something each way on NORTHERN CONQUEROR who gets back into his right race. ZIOPTIMUS was strong winning last start and no reason cannot win again whilst RICCI ROYAL was little flat last start but third-up can bounce back in this. Would not leave TAKING LIBERTIES out of place chances.
Race 2 tips - 1st: NORTHERN CONQUEROR (2), 2nd: ZIOPTIMUS (8), 3rd: RICCI ROYAL (1), 4th: TAKING LIBERTIES (7).

Race 3 summary - The big query here is MAR NERO. She is a talented mare and if forward enough should take care of these. TORIO'S DELIGHT has been a model of consistency and cannot leave out of winning chances whilst MOSAYTION is a last start winner that must be respected. Include BOLD STREET CAT in multiples.
Race 3 tips - 1st: MAR NERO (4), 2nd: TORIO'S DELIGHT (2), 3rd: MOSAYTION (1), 4th: BOLD STREET CAT (5).

Race 4 summary - VICISSITUDES has been close up in his last two starts and this not a difficult affair to break maiden status. Liked the way BEAU MAGIC got home last start and only needs that form to be in finish whilst PRIMA STELLA was not too bad fresh and sure to be better from that outing. FANNY CHENAL has been racing well enough to be included in chances.
Race 4 tips - 1st: VICISSITUDES (8), 2nd: BEAU MAGIC (9), 3rd: PRIMA STELLA (4), 4th: FANNY CHENAL (10).

Race 5 summary - Thought SAMIKOSHO may control this race from the front and if he can get a couple of cheap sectionals may get away with this. DAPPERIZED is in winning form and no reason cannot make it three straight whilst MALIBU STACY has been finishing her races off solidly enough to be included. Would not leave FULL REVS out of place chances.
Race 5 tips - 1st: SAMIKOSHO (6), 2nd: DAPPERIZED (2), 3rd: MALIBU STACY (8), 4th: FULL REVS (5).

Race 6 summary - DREADLOCK was beaten when odds on at Dubbo last start but form solid and he looks close to a win. A MAGIC ZARIZ comes back in distance but won two of last three and must go in major chances whilst SOMETHING BORROWED is tough and will be grinding away from the corner. COURT VICTORY may take some catching from the corner.
Race 6 tips - 1st: DREADLOCK (8), 2nd: A MAGIC ZARIZ (1), 3rd: SOMETHING BORROWED (5), 4th: COURT VICTORY (7).

Race 7 summary - KINGTANTES is a hard gelding to catch but if he can find his best form would be too good for these. Watch market moves for LASSZOU as last time here he was a winner. The lightly raced LIFELINE PRINCESS resumes from spell and cannot be left out whilst FLYING BY may grab a placing.
Race 7 tips - 1st: KINGTANTES (1), 2nd: LASSZOU (3), 3rd: LIFELINE PRINCESS (2), 4th: FLYING BY (7).
