One to Watch – Pakenham

Tara Madgwick - Friday May 1

The day after it was announced Written Tycoon was moving to Arrowfield Stud in the Hunter Valley, the champion Victorian sire gave us a ‘One to Watch’ at Pakenham.

A hot favourite in the 1200m maiden, the Lindsay Park trained filly All About Fashion bolted in to win by four lengths on debut.

A $135,000 Magic Millions Perth purchase for Slade Bloodstock from the Amelia Park draft, All About Fashion looks to have a bright future for her big group of owners.

All About Fashion is the fourth winner from Elle Labelle, a half-sister by Elvstroem to stakes-winners Strawberry Field and Pelizotti.

Her sire Written Tycoon will stand for a fee of $77,000 at Arrowfield this spring.

Written Tycoon stands at Arrowfield this spring at a fee of $77,000.
